Northeast Monsoon affecting the country.



FORECAST:
Visayas will have cloudy skies with rains while Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon.


Moderate to strong winds from Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with moderate to very rough seas.

Northeast Monsoon lamang ang kasalukuyang nakakaapekto sa ating bansa.


FORECAST:
Ang Eastern Visayas ay magkakaroon ng cloudy skies na may mga pag ulan habang ang Occidental Mindoro, Palawan at Kalayaan Islands,at nalalabing bahagi ng Visayas ay magkakaroon ng partly cloudy to cloudy skies na may tsansa ng mga isolated rains dahil sa Northeast Monsoon.


Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin ang mararanasan sa may Northeast sa may Visayas, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with moderate to very rough seas.

SYNOPSIS: 

At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 210 km South Southwest of Puerto Princessa City, Palawan (8.0°N, 118.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms


Area: Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Quezon, and Rizal
Caused By: Tail-end of Frontal System
Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains





Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms


Area: Rest of CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, and Mindanao

SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.7°N, 122.5°E). Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

Good news because as per Pag-asa, still with low chance of development as a tropical cyclone due to the cold wind effect of Amihan.

FORECAST:

The Eastern Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands & Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the Southeast to Northeast will prevail over Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the East to Southeast will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.

Mababa pa din ang tsansa na maging bagyo ang LPA at ngayong araw ay maaaring kumilos ito ng pahilaga at posibleng papunta sa may Cagayan Valley Region kasabay ng Tail-end of Frontal System kung saan nag ang mainit na hangin galing sa dagat pasipiko at ang malamig na hangin na dulot ng Amihan.

Ang Amihan sa kasalukuyan ay mahina ang epekto at medyo uurong na ito ng konti pahilaga.

Maliban sa LPA wala na tayong ibang biinabantayan na sama ng panahon na maaring makaapekto sa bansa in the next 24 to 48 hrs.
