LPA has a low chance to be develop into a tropical cyclone.
Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.
However since effect of frontal system is already weakening, we are expecting to have generally fair weather starting tomorrow.
Within the next 3 days we don't any expect any LPA to enter in our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms
Caused By: Localized Thunderstorms
Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms

Area: Extreme Northern Luzon
Wind Speed: Moderate
Wind Direction: Northeast
Coastal Waters: Moderate / (1.2 to 2.5 meters)
Area: The rest of the country
Wind Speed: Light to Moderate
