SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 210 km South Southwest of Puerto Princessa City, Palawan (8.0°N, 118.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear line) affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
