LOCAL WEATHER SITUATION: Easterlies affecting the country. 

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa mga lalawigan ng Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union at Pangasinan sanhi ng Easterlies/ Lokal na pagkidlat-pagkulog. Mahina hanggang sa katamtaman na hangin mula sa Silangan hanggang sa Timog-silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging banayad hanggang sa katamtaman ang pag-alon. 

FORECAST: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will be experienced over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan caused by Easterlies/Localized Thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the East to Southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province. The coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
